By using time2translate.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. They govern all translation and localization services provided by Time2Translate, 1620 Ashley Rd, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169, USA.
Time2Translate provides professional software localization, website localization, technical documentation translation, marketing content translation, video and caption translation, and app store localization. All services are delivered digitally. No physical deliverables are shipped.
Orders are placed and paid through Stripe Checkout. Payment is in USD. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown on Stripe's payment page, which reflects the server-side recalculated total for your selected package, add-ons, and consultation hours.
Payment confirmation does not begin translation. Translation begins after the intake form is returned and source files are received and verified.
After payment, we send a project intake form within one business day. You must return the form and source files within 14 days. If no intake is received within 14 days, the project may be cancelled per our Refund Policy. Word count and scope are confirmed from your source files. If actual scope differs significantly from the package, we provide an adjusted quote before beginning.
Delivery timelines are confirmed after intake. Timelines start from the date we receive and verify your source files. Delivery is to the email address provided at checkout. See our Delivery Policy for full terms.
We return translated files in the same format as provided unless a different format is specified in the intake form. If a format is not supported, we notify you during intake before any work begins.
Starter: 1 revision round within 14 days. Growth: 2 revision rounds within 14 days each. Scale: unlimited revisions within 90 days. Revisions address accuracy issues in the delivered translation. Changes to source content after delivery are scoped as new work.
Upon delivery and payment in full, you own the translated materials. We retain no rights to use your source or translated content beyond project completion.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages. Translation is not a substitute for legal, regulatory, or compliance review.
All client files are treated as confidential. Translators and QA reviewers are under confidentiality agreements covering all project materials.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the current version.
