All completed translations are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical deliverables are shipped. Files are returned in the format specified at intake.
Delivery timelines begin from the date we receive and verify your source files through the project intake form -- not from the payment date. Translation does not begin until the intake form is returned and source files are confirmed as complete and in a supported format.
Standard delivery within 5 business days of source file confirmation, for projects up to 2,000 words.
Standard delivery within 4 business days of source file confirmation, for projects up to 5,000 words. Priority QA add-on improves internal review speed without reducing the translator's working time.
Priority 3-business-day delivery for projects up to 20,000 words, confirmed individually at intake. Very large or multi-language projects may require extended timelines disclosed before work begins.
We return files in the same format as provided: JSON returns as JSON, XLIFF returns as XLIFF, PO returns as PO, and so on. File structure, key names, encoding, and any metadata that was in the original file are preserved. If format handling requires special attention (e.g., nested JSON structures, XLIFF 2.0 extensions), this is confirmed during intake before translation starts.
We send delivery confirmation from hello@time2translate.com. If you do not receive delivery within the confirmed timeframe, check your spam folder and contact us immediately. We will resend from an alternative address if needed.
If an unexpected delay affects delivery, we will notify you by email as soon as we are aware and provide a revised estimate. We do not notify after the fact. Delays within our control are communicated proactively.
If you receive a file that is not in the agreed format or has structural issues, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will reissue it at no charge.
